Is my order lost in the mail?

When will my order be dispatched?

On average, orders containing available-to-ship items are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, although this is not guaranteed. Orders containing preorder items will ship as 1 fulfillment once all items are available to ship. Please not

Why hasn't my coffee equipment order shipped?

There's a good chance we're waiting on stock to come in from a piece in your order. Sometimes manufacturers like certain small wares can be difficult to get stock from. Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions.

Can you have more than one ShipTo address for Vinyl?

You can only have one ShipTo address per order.  If you wish to use more than one address, you must transmit separate orders.

Can I update an address on an open order?

To update an address after an order is placed, select the order you wish to update on the Orders. Please keep in mind after an order is shipped we cannot change the routing while in transit. You will get a notification when your oder is on it's way.
