Where is my order?Updated a month ago

Once your order is processed, you will receive an email indicating that your order has been fulfilled. If you have selected to have your order shipped, the tracking details will be included. You can also find the tracking information of your order on your account page. The tracking link will take you to the carrier’s tracking page, where you can view the status of your order and follow it’s journey to your door.

By clicking on the tracking link you will sent to the carriers tracking page providing you with an up to date status of the order. 

Delayed Orders

Once shipped, we must allow 15 business days for domestic deliveries. We hope that you receive your order long before then but if you have not received your delivery within this time frame, please contact us so that we can resolve this for you.

Orders Returned To Us

If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or that it has not been called for or claimed, we will aim to get in touch with you shortly after it's arrived back to us, otherwise you can email us at [email protected] and we can look into your parcel information for you.
Upon checkout please make sure you have entered the correct details.
