For Coffee
We do our best to get orders fulfilled as quickly and accurately as possible. Typically, that means sending out your order within 1-2 business days of it being placed. The estimates on actual transit time are provided by UPS or USPS and are pretty reliable for the most part. You can expect anywhere between 2-4 weeks for freight-shipped items like cabinets and lifts, but sometimes longer.
Keep in mind the transit time that takes place once your order leaves our facility. When our order volume is especially high, it may take more than 1-2 business days to fulfill your order. But believe me - we want to get you your stuff as soon as possible!
Expedited Shipping
We offer one day shipping through UPS for $40.
Vinyl Shipping
Thanks for your order! Our Vinyl partner AEC currently supports domestic shipping via USPS (United Status Postal Service) UPS and FedEx. Our USPS domestic service is Ground Advantage & Priority Mail. Our UPS and FedEx domestic services are Next Day AM, Next Day PM and 2nd Day Air. Our International services include UPS Worldwide Express, DHL Worldwide Express and FedEx International.
In general, AEC ships Monday through Friday. During heavy volume periods, Saturday shipment may be added. Package carriers do not offer pick-up on Sundays or legal holidays, therefore we would not be processing orders on those days. In the unusual event of weather emergency, natural disaster, or other event beyond our control, we would abide by the schedules of our carriers; if they are not picking up, and/or if South Florida airports are closed, we would be limited in our ability to ship.
