Unopened records in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for credit of the product price. Original shipping is not refundable, return shipping is on you, and we cannot accept COD returns.

Opened records cannot be returned. Once the seal is broken a record is no longer considered resalable.

Damaged or defective on arrival? Different story. Email [email protected] with a photo of the record and the packaging and we will make it right, fast.
