Due to the nature of our dispatching process, if your order contains all ready-to-ship items, there is no guarantee that we can cancel/edit your order. Once an order has been submitted and processed, it cannot be stopped from dispatch.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to make sure all details are correct at checkout and no mistakes are present.

Please note, no cancelation request is guaranteed to be successful. If your order has progressed too far, we are unable to stop it from dispatch.

For orders that have yet to ship, please email [email protected] with your order details and whether you would like to cancel or change an order.
If your order has already been fulfilled and shipped, we can not change or cancel the order. We ask that before every order, you make sure and confirm that you have selected all of the right parts and have not forgotten anything. If you ordered the wrong items and your order has already been shipped, you will need to place another order for the correct items. If you need to send the incorrect items back, you will need to reach out to us in order to set up a return.
