If a code will not apply at checkout, it is usually one of these:

• One per customer: most codes are single-use, so a code that worked once will not work again.
• Expired: promo codes have end dates.
• Minimums or restrictions: some codes only apply to certain products or order minimums.
• Typos: codes are letter-for-letter, copy and paste beats retyping.

Think the code should have worked and it did not? Do not eat the difference. Email [email protected] with your order number and the code you tried, and if it is on us, we will credit you back the difference.
